FREE Delivery on Standard Orders* over $250 & Standard Delivery Fee of $12.50*
All online orders will be shipped during weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Most standard orders* are dispatched using the Australia Post eParcel network due to its extensive coverage, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Occasionally, orders may be shipped via courier depending on the stock's location required to fulfill your order.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We do not leave parcels unattended for security reasons. Please note that due to the nature of most products, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Items in stock are typically picked and dispatched within 24 hours from Monday to Friday (if available). In the event of your absence during delivery attempts by Australia Post, a collection card will be left for pickup at your nearest post office. For orders delivered via courier, a card will be left to arrange re-delivery in case of your absence.
Return Policy
Returning Items Purchased Online
Goods cannot be returned unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. No refunds will be given for change of mind.
You can return the goods to one of our nearest RSEA Outlet Store or if posting products back, please call RSEA Customer Service on 132 100 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The issue of a RAN is at RSEA’s sole discretion

Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
Faulty Goods

Please call RSEA Customer Service on 132 100 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved, RSEA will arrange to pick up the faulty goods. Depending on the nature of the fault, RSEA will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. RSEA reserves the right to use their nominated courier for returned goods. Proof of purchase will be required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
